The Norbaidin Consulting (TNC) is in a competitive industry of diploma course promoter. Their job is to promote diploma courses and training classes from schools to the public to make a commission fee from them.
Due to the lowering of government grant coverage, the training courses subsidies has reduced significantly and it’s not easy to sell anymore.
Customer who used to pay only pay 10-30% of their course fee in the past, is now paying either 70% or full amount. Their sales went down by 60% compared to previous year and many of their competitors has closed down, and currently they are the only company doing this in the market.
