Cookie Squash Club is a growing social squash club that welcomes squash enthusiasts of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players. The club focuses on building a friendly and inclusive community where members can improve their skills, stay active, meet new people, and enjoy the sport in a supportive and social setting through regular games and activities.
Cookie Squash Club aimed to promote its community and attract new members but lacked a clear strategy for community-based promotion. With limited visibility beyond its existing network, the club needed guidance on how to effectively position itself, build a stronger brand identity, and reach potential members in public spaces. The challenge was to create awareness in a way that felt approachable and engaging, while clearly communicating what the club offers to newcomers.
Bizsquare worked closely with Cookie Squash Club to develop a community-focused promotional approach that elevated the club’s image and increased visibility. This included refreshing the club’s visual identity through the design of new uniforms featuring an updated logo. A professional photoshoot was conducted with team members wearing the new uniforms, and the visuals were used to create eye-catching promotional posters. These posters were strategically placed at a nearby MRT station to reach a wider audience, strengthen brand recognition, and attract new members to join and grow the squash community.
They have multiple stream of income such as career advisory fee, job matching referral fee and also course fee. Some times, they even get paid for writing a better CV for the job applicant. Compared to last time, they only get paid by partner a commission when customer sign up for their diploma course.
