Bizsquare Management Consultants Pte Ltd is a Professional Business Consultancy firm started in 2013. There are 4 main services that Bizsquare provides, and they are Business loan consulting, Branding & Marketing, Accounting & Corporate Secretarial, and Strategic Management Consulting.
At the beginning, the role of Bizsquare is to empower more SMEs by helping them to raise funds through financing from banks and Financial Institutions (FIs). Bizsquare has partnered with over 25 banks, FIs, private investors and alternative lenders to help entrepreneurs with their business financing. Subsequently, Bizsquare also advise SMEs on how to improve their business cashflow, as they have inhouse accounting and corporate secretarial capabilities.
With a stable financial situation, they also help SMEs to grow their business through strong branding and marketing strategies to get more customers. They have certified PMC Consultant which are recognized by Enterprise Singapore to execute EDG grants. As a result, most businesses that has engaged their financial, marketing or strategy services has grown to a successful business with better financial position and stronger overall sales.
Our founder, Melvin Ho, has over 14 years of financial experience and 10 years of management experience in the current company. He recognized that often SMEs and potential entrepreneurs are often unsure of what to do next in their course of businesses. These would have severe repercussions on their businesses as without a good business, financial or marketing plan, it creates a loss of opportunities for them.
With just 2 years of operating the business, in 2015, Bizsquare was invited for the prestigious SME 500 award.
In 2016, Bizsquare has certified as a PMC Consultant which are recognized by Enterprise Singapore to execute EDG grants and able to apply Enterprise Development Grant (EDG Grant) for Singapore’s SMEs, to encourage and empower them to grow.
Bizsquare is highly capable of providing professional advice for businesses looking to grow their operations, either in terms of financing management, branding and marketing strategy or internationalization business strategy.
In 2019, Melvin was awarded certificate of Mentorship as a certified mentor in the SGTech community. We strongly believe that with his effort, Bizsquare will be able to help SMEs improve their cashflow and provide a turnkey to improve their businesses– as seeing companies grow is always our goal. Recently in end of 2019, the company also received the NS Mark award from Singapore Minister of Defence on supporting National Service and Total Defence in Singapore.
During our 11 years, Bizsquare served over 3000 clients with more than SGD 1 billion of fund raised with over 50 financial institutions partners. We also have diverse services provided for our clients, range from corporate finance services, branding and marketing, accounting, and corporate services, as well as strategy consultation services. Basically, a one stop shop for all SME owners, however what make us different is our STRATEGY, as we believe it is very hard to have the good strategy but it is easy to just execute a poor strategy.
Our clients range from logistic, retailers, online businesses, industrial services, F&B and many more. We support small start-ups with yearly revenue $150k, to large corporate with yearly revenue $750million. We are pleased that many of our clients has grown steadily in their businesses and we would like to share that Bizsquare is always here to grow with you.
